Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with your order.

Returns You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return Email us at 2026pawhaven.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Who pays return shipping Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
